RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

Depending on what country you are in you will have customs duties/taxes & charges for certain items, which are not included in the item price or shipping charges made when you place your order. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when item is collected and are the BUYER’S responsibility.

Overseas buyers - Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before you place your order. Also, please contact us for the shipping cost before ordering.

RETURNS

Every effort is made to ensure your purchase reaches you in good condition. Our certified technician will test all items before shipment. Should the item be received damaged, please email us to advise us, we may be able to replace the damaged part. Should you wish to send it back, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you and we will be responsible for one-way shipping cost of the replacement from CHINA to yourself.

If the item is not as described or presented in the design please contact me. Returns will only be accepted if they are returned in the same good condition as it came from manufacturer – please retain your own proof of this. We will not take any responsibility if the goods are damaged by the customer after unpacking. The goods must be returned within 14 days, for a full refund of the purchase cost except the shipping and custom duties/taxes. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost to the manufacturer in China.

When you receive the package, please do an inspection of the package for any signs of damage before the delivery person leaves. Do not accept the shipment if you find it damaged. Please contact us immediately in order for us to make a claim for compensation from the shipping company.

A refund will not be issued for the following reasons:

• Should the returned item get subsequently damaged in transit back to the manufacturer or if it is lost or stolen during transportation. Please make sure you purchase shipping insurance for the full purchase cost.
• The item is not returned within 14 days from the day you receive it.

We take great care to ensure you receive good customer service. If you have any queries please contact me by email and I will respond back to you within 24 hours.

If you are unsatisfied with the service, then please contact me and return the item within 7 days for a replacement or refund of the purchase cost except the shipping and custom duties/taxes. The goods must be returned in the same good condition as it came from the manufacturer and we will not take any responsibility if the goods are damaged by the customer after unpacking the item. The customer is responsible for the returned shipping costs and return shipping insurance.

Shipping and insurance costs will not be refunded.

3. Failure to follow the setup, pre-delivery service, and adjustments.

4. Damage caused by pressure, or steam cleaning of the product. 5. General wear and tear.

6. Damage caused during any form of racing, commercial use, crash damage included but not limited to fork or F.T.C damage or any use deemed improper by Golden Motor Canada or the original rrr, acting reasonably. 2. If you decide that you do not want to proceed with the repair or replacement you can pay the shipping to have it returned to you or it will simply be discarded or destroyed.
