1. Motor -1 year warranty, first half year for guarantee replacement, the next half year for guarantee repairmen Warranty Policy for motor Warranty details --In the first half of the year, If you have an issue with a product: Firstly, you must contact us in the first so we can attempt to trouble shoot the problem. We may ask you to do several tests to try to determine the problem. Secondly we will send some parts to help you repair if you can, and if not , we will ship a new part free to you, at the same time, the customer need to ship the broken one back to manufacture your expense. Thus we will improve the part quality if possible and necessary . Note-- In the next half years, repairmen only .The details terms will follow the above except that the shipping cost is not included.

Defects, malfunction, or failures resulting from abuse, misuse, modifications, alterations, improper storage, use of unauthorized attachments including failure to provide or perform required maintenance services. Preventive maintenance is the warranty holder's responsibility. 2. Damage caused by dirt or corrosion in all of this forms, including, but not restricted to rust, salt water, varnish and moisture.

3. Failure to follow the setup, pre-delivery service, and adjustments.

4. Damage caused by pressure, or steam cleaning of the product. 5. General wear and tear.

6. Damage caused during any form of racing, commercial use, crash damage included but not limited to fork or F.T.C damage or any use deemed improper by Golden Motor Canada or the original rrr, acting reasonably. 2. We may ask you to do several tests to try to determinej the problem. Secondly we may at our discretion send you parts for you to repair your item. If we feel repairs by the customer are not possible you can ship the item back to us at your expense.

Once we receive and examine the returned product and decide the issue is not due to negligence of the customer,

we will repair or replace the product and ship it back to you.

Otherwise if the product is damaged due to negligence of the customer then we will estimate the repair or replacement cost and bills you for that cost with the cost of return shipping back to you. Once this is paid we will perform the repair or replacement and ship it back to you. If you decide that you do not want to proceed with the repair or replacement you can pay the shipping to have it returned to you or it will simply be discarded or destroyed.

RETURN POLICY 

MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS PACKED WITH NO DAMAGE OR WARE TO THE ITEM AND NOT USED  IN ANY WAY
